I'm Çagri Çimen. I lead engineering teams and spend most of my days working alongside AI coding tools — Claude Code, Cursor, MCP servers, and whatever else is useful that week. I like shipping things with small teams and writing down what I learn so I don't have to re-learn it.

This site is my working notebook. It holds essays, short notes, guides, and projects, loosely organised by topic. Nothing here is finished — most of it will get revised as I learn more. That's the point.
